Andy Cohen is apologizing for his past comment about Julia Stiles' dance skills after he was called out on the Season 35 premiere of "Dancing With the Stars."
During the Wednesday, Sept. 16, episode of the hit competition series, the actress, 45, opened up about her nerves ahead of her ballroom debut, noting something Cohen, 58, said on his radio show last year is "imprinted into my brain."
A clip then played showing the Bravo exec asking, "Can we all just agree that Julia Stiles is not the greatest dancer on the planet?”
In response, Stiles told partner Ezra Sosa her goal was to win the Mirrorball Trophy and go on Cohen's talk show "Watch What Happens Live" "and be like, ‘Hey.’"
When the pair finished their performance, a quickstep to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5,” judge Derek Hough proceeded to call Cohen out as well, saying, “Andy Cohen, you can eat it!" The audience erupted in a loud applause in support.
Later that night, the host addressed the viral moment on "WWHL," making himself the “Jackhole” of the day and issuing a public apology to Stiles.

“I am so sorry. I am the last person who should be giving anyone feedback on their dancing," Cohen said before joking, “Case in point,” as a video of him dancing at a concert played.
“Great job, Julia Stiles. You killed it tonight. You did amazing tonight, and I know you’re gonna have a great run. This diva gives all of you permission to flood my inbox with the 10 things you hate about me," he concluded.
The quip referenced Stiles' hit 1999 movie, "10 Things I Hate About You."
Cohen wasn't the only one impressed by Stiles and Sosa's dance – the judges, who called the routine "graceful" and "really clean," gave three 6s for a total score of 18 out of 30. They later advanced during the elimination.
Stiles also revealed performing to "9 to 5" was particularly meaningful, as Parton had personally cleared her to use the song weeks before her death on Aug. 25."It was the first song we talked about. I wanted it so badly," Stiles said. "We didn't know what was going to happen. She cleared it, and I just feel so honored, like, to honor Dolly. She's such a powerhouse and this song is so great, like, it's such an anthem."
