Bunnie Xoexplained on Instagram that the 18-year-old was deeply hurt. She said Bailee was processing complex emotions following her and Jelly Roll‘s finalized divorce.

Bunnie Xo says there is nothing to clear up about Bailee Ann’s comments

Alisa DeFord, known as Bunnie Xo, stepped into full mom mode on Wednesday, July 22. “Nothing to clear up,” she wrote in an Instagram comment. She said that “people just want to run with a narrative” and added that she loves Bailee. Her response came after a social media user encouraged her to address Bailee’s comments online.

During a TikTok Live on July 19, 2026, Bailee denied rumors that cheating caused her father’s split from Bunnie Xo. “Nobody cheated,” she stated. This caused her nearly 600,000 followers to lash out in confusion, prompting the podcast host to address the issue.

Bunnie’s response came alongside a lighthearted TikTok of her own, where she lip-synced to a Lola Young song. Bunnie appeared unbothered by the rumors. However, Bailee said during her livestream that the internet would “crumble” once the full story came out.

This isn’t the first time the teen has criticized public interest in her family’s split. In June, she wrote that she was “disgusted” by how invested people had become. She described the situation as a private family matter and hinted that she might eventually say more.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo finalized their divorce this month. The divorce came two months after they announced their separation following nearly a decade of marriage.
