Maisie Peters joked she hasn’t received a wedding invite or sourdough loaf from Taylor Swift yet

Peters opened for Swift at Wembley Stadium in August 2024 and gave her books and a tote bag as gifts

Maisie Peters might still have a blank space open on her calendar for Taylor Swift's wedding — but she's not sure if she's been invited yet.

The 25-year-old British singer, who previously opened for Swift during a leg of her Eras Tour in London, recently shared that she hasn't been invited to the "Out of the Woods" singer's upcoming wedding.

"I've not received a sourdough loaf or a wedding invite," said Peters during a Friday, May 22 episode of the Zach Sang Show. "I think that's OK."

Peters opened for Swift during the August 19, 2024 concert at Wembley Stadium. During her podcast appearance on Friday, the "Lost the Breakup" singer said she spoke with Swift backstage at the concert.

"I actually went [to the Brick Lane market] to buy Taylor some presents before I did the show. I got her some books and a little tote bag," said Peters. However, the singer added that she passionately told Swift about her love for Hilary Duff.

"And after hearing my spiel on Hilary Duff, I don't think it's coming," joked Peters. "Obviously, I'm a huge fan and maybe one day I'll get to try her sourdough. Lifelong goal. Good to have dreams."

Swift has been dating her now-fiancé Travis Kelce since 2023. The two announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on Aug. 26, 2025.

A source told PEOPLE in September that the couple “want to keep it more private” when they tie the knot.

“It will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle,” the source said. “They both have a close circle of friends, and they'll respect their privacy.”

Several of the A-list couple's friends have avoided questions about their impending nuptials. But Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid recently confirmed that he plans to attend the event.

"Well, I probably have. You know, I probably have. And if I don't outgrow my tuxedo before then,I'm going," Reid said during a recent radio interview. "I'm not the show, I'm not the show. I'm just gonna show up."
