Daisy is 21, pregnant, and desperate to quit OnlyFans, but says every time she tries, she ends up in tears. She’s been on the platform for three years, but now wants to become a stay-at-home mom. The emotional toll, she said, has become unbearable.
She called into “The Ramsey Show” to ask personal finance experts George Kamel and Rachel Cruze for guidance on what to do next.
She Says She’s Done, But Can’t Hit Delete
“Every time I go do it, I just have a complete breakdown and just cry about how much I don’t want to do it,” Daisy told the hosts. She said she’d wanted out for a while, but finding out she’s pregnant gave her the push to finally consider making a change.

Daisy lives in Phoenix with her boyfriend of two and a half years, who makes about $4,000 a month as an electrical apprentice. Her OnlyFans income is around $1,000 a month, and they’ve already combined finances. She’s five weeks pregnant and says she’s feeling good so far, though she’s now facing some tough decisions.
Cruze pointed out that the amount she’s earning could easily be replaced doing other types of work. “You could do this, you know, doing Uber Eats,” she said. “Especially when you’re in this like moral dilemma of how you’re making your money.”
Daisy said they have no debt and are currently living in an apartment. While they don't have an emergency fund, her mother has saved $20,000 for her, meant to be used for big life events like a wedding or a house. The hosts strongly advised her not to use that money as a down payment but instead keep it as an emergency fund with the baby on the way.

Marriage, Money And Mental Health
Daisy said she and her boyfriend are discussing marriage, but she's hesitant because she's still on her mom's health insurance. Kamel encouraged her not to delay. “The time to do all this in order is long gone,” he said. “Let’s at least speed things up here.”
Another layer to the issue is that Daisy's boyfriend is not only aware of her OnlyFans work, he's involved in it too. “We actually both do it,” she said. “I don’t like the guy you’re marrying is okay with all of this,” Cruze said. Kamel added that it gives him a “serious pause.”
While Daisy admitted she hasn't yet shut down the account, both Kamel and Cruze encouraged her to make a clean break and focus on building a new path. That includes having hard conversations with her boyfriend, creating a household budget, and possibly seeking counseling.

For people like Daisy looking to rebuild financially and emotionally, tools like Fundrise offer an alternative approach to long-term investing, allowing people to build wealth outside of traditional income paths. It’s one of several options she could explore once her household stabilizes.
“Daisy, you’ve got some hard choices to make, some hard conversations,” Kamel assured her. “But if you want to be a stay-at-home mom, you can do this.”
